How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you're experiencing an issue with your PEAKFUL jewelry, follow these steps:

Describe the issue and include at least one clear photo showing the concern. The more detail you provide, the faster we can assist you.
Our team will carefully review your claim based on the information provided. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with more details.
To ensure we can process your claim efficiently, please carefully note the following conditions that are not covered under our warranty:

Tarnishing, discoloration, or color changes (including green tones) are natural occurrences with certain metals and are not covered under this warranty

Lost or stolen items are not covered under this warranty

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care is not covered

Normal wear and tear is not covered as that is common with jewelry.

Modifications or repairs performed by third parties void this warranty
If your warranty doesn't void any of our warranty guidelines—you'll be eligible to have your order refunded with store credit or fully refunded to the original payment method used in the purchase and keep the product under our warranty guarantee.
We reserve the right to determine warranty eligibility based on the information and photos provided. Our team may request additional documentation or photos if needed to process your claim.
